Wolfenstein II will use a new 3D technology from AMD

AMD has developped a new technology – called Rapid Packed Math – for its latest 3D cards (Radeon X Vega), including the one of the PS4, in order to optimize the processing of some 3D elements of the scene by decreasing their precision without loosing any visual quality. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and Far Cry 5 will be the first games to use this technology in order to increase their framerate.
